I always thought I drank plenty of water. However, a trip to the ER, diagnosis, kidney stones, clearly showed I was not drinking enough water! My blood results reflected a state of dehydration. Surprise! Recommendation was very simple, drink more water. We should drink half our body weight in ounces each day. So I would like to share with you the benefits of drinking more water. I found this on a wall poster at my last appointment at Inside Outside Thermography www.insideoutthermography.com The following will probably amaze and startle you. Here are 7 reasons why you should drink more water:

Since starting my holistic healing journey 3 years ago, I've been on a mission to educate myself on how I can best protect my body to live a longer, fuller life. One of my biggest concerns has always been how I can protect my body from cancers. I've lost 3 people in my family to cancer and have many family and friends today that are battling various forms. I know we live in a toxic world today, and while there are many factors that are out of our control, I strive to protect my body with things that are in my control. I am far from perfect, and I am still learning, but I wanted to share something important with you that I've recently learned on how to better protect your DNA.
Do I have your permission to be transparent? Over the past year of educating and helping people improve their health, one of the most frustrating things to me is when I get complaints that someone hasn't lost the weight they wanted "fast enough." Now I will admit that my social feed will often share exciting success stories of people transforming their bodies with a great nutritional cleansing program that I recommend, however, I have to remind people that weight loss is the byproduct of your body getting healthy from the inside out. While we all might have a short term goal of looking great in our bikinis and bathing suits this summer, I am more concerned about my body's ability to live into the 100s and how I can spend more time on this earth happy and healthy with my family.

Recently, my daughter Bridget came across an article that I found very interesting. Do you have a long history of health issues with symptoms that change daily or monthly, but never go away? Think lyme disease until proven otherwise. Suzy Cohen, author of this article states that lyme disease is frequently misdiagnosed.

I believe everything in life is about moderation. It's okay to indulge in that piece of cake or ice cream once in awhile, but when it becomes a habit, that's when we get in trouble. So if you were to have a lesser quality shake once in a while, then it's not going to be the end of the world. BUT if you're consuming that shake daily or even a few times a week, that is when I believe QUALITY MATTERS.
As my readers know, I have a very specific and sensitive diet. 95% of the food I consume is organic, non-GMO, grass-fed meat, grass-fed dairy, pastured-raised organic chicken, and wild caught fish. I won't touch factory farms and I certainly won't touch conventional dairy.
The goal of this blog post is to empower you as the consumer. Until I became properly educated 3 years ago, I didn't know what to look for on a nutrition label. As a consumer I feel that it is frustrating to decipher nutrition labels, and unfortunately what I have found is that reading the label isn't enough any more. I have learned if you want to know the TRUE quality of ingredients in your products, you have to call the manufacture to confirm and understand where their food is sourced from. I challenge you to do the same, and to take a stance on impacting the quality of food that is fed to our nation.

While I did extensive research on the science and technology before jumping in to my prefered company, Andrew evaluated the economics before agreeing to pursue the business opportunity with me.
For those of you wondering if there is a Gluten Freen Network Marketing company out there, and how we came to our decision, check out Andrew's article:
