I don't know about you, but I LOVE THE FALL!!! I especially love everything pumpkin and was sad to see when Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte was back and I knew I could no longer enjoy them. The good news is that I discovered a great alternative with my juicer!Thanks to Reboot With Joe, I learned how to master this Pumpkin Pie Juice. Here is what you need:
2 cups pumpkin
1 Inch of ginger
Cinnamon and nutmeg to taste
Toss all of your ingredients through your juicer; I personally love my Breville juicer.
