PumpkinJuiceI don't know about you, but I LOVE THE FALL!!! I especially love everything pumpkin and was sad to see when Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte was back and I knew I could no longer enjoy them. The good news is that I discovered a great alternative with my juicer!Thanks to Reboot With Joe, I learned how to master this Pumpkin Pie Juice.  Here is what you need: 

  • 2 cups pumpkin 
  • 2 carrots 
  • 2 apples 
  • 1 pear 
  • 1 Inch of ginger 
  • Cinnamon and nutmeg to taste 

Toss all of your ingredients through your juicer;  I personally love my Breville juicer

I developed diabetes as a result of being non-celiac gluten sensitive, and my goal is to reverse it through diet, so I have to be especially careful with  my sugar intake. Luckily my Pumpkin Juice is much more favorable than the caloric, Pumpkin Spice Latte. Check out the difference in sugar- 47g of sugar vs 16g!!
