4 Ingredients, 4 Steps 

My girlfriend shared this great recipe with me to make tasty, gluten free peanut butter cookies in a pinch.


All you need is 4 ingredients: 

  • 1 cup of organic peanut butter (make sure it is raw and just nuts!)
  • 1 cup of coconut sugar (you can use cane sugar, but I prefer to stay away from it)
  • 1 organic, farm-raised egg
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla 

Follow these steps and you'll have delicious cookies in 20 minutes or less! 

Step 1: Preheat oven to 325 degrees 

Step 2: Mix together all ingredients 

Step 3: Bake for 15 minutes 

Step 4: Flatten with fork

You know they are good when they are Nyah Lynn approved!
