I love fall for many reasons, especially for PUMPKIN! Here is a great protein shake I mixed up this morning:
Pumpkin Chai Protein Shake
- 2 scoops of IsaLean Shake in Creamy French Vanilla
- 1 packet of t+ Chai
- 2 tablespoons for pumpkin
- 8 oz. of homemade, organic almond milk or 1/2 coconut milk and 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of nutmeg
- 4 ice cubes
