I am currently following a yeast free diet (very similar to the Candia Diet), which means I can’t consume any foods that convert to sugar to quickly. Processed and refined sugar has to be 100% avoided. We should all try to cut back on refined sugar regardless, and swap it for maple syrup, honey, agave nectar, and stevia.

Honeyville Farms is a true gluten free brand you can trust. Prior to becoming "true" gluten free I was eating Bob's Redmill flours. Unfortunately, they only practice "traditional" gluten free and their coconut and almond flours are packaged and processed in the same facility as other grains. Luckily, we have an alternative with Honeyville Farms. They have designated facilities for their coconut and almond products.
